RULES FOR VISITING RIVIERA WATER PARK

Section 1. General provisions

1.1. These Rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) govern the relationship between a consumer - a person who intends to order or purchase, or who orders, purchases and uses services (goods) exclusively for personal, family and other needs not related to business activities (hereinafter referred to as “ Visitor") and the Limited Liability Company "Aquapark-Suvar" (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor"), which provides services to Visitors on the territory of the Riviera Waterpark.

1.2. The rules are not a public contract or a public offer and are aimed at obtaining comprehensive information about the service provided and ensuring the security of the service.

1.3. Water park "Riviera" is a multifunctional complex of swimming pools and other water attractions, located at the address: Kazan, Fatykha Amirkhana Street, 1.

1.3.1. The territory of the Water Park includes:

water-entertainment complex of the water park, including: water slides, wave and children's pools, splashdown pools, jacuzzi, "Lazy River" attraction, Captain Kids playground (Captain Kids) , Aquabar, sanitary and hygienic area (showers, foot baths, toilets, changing cabins and individual boxes for clothes), thermo-relaxation area (saunas, baths, plunge pool);
summer terrace, including: water slides, splashdown pool and children's playground;
area for the provision of catering services (cafes, bars);
locker room area;
medical office (first aid station);
Water park foyer and cloakroom.

1.4. These Rules are binding for all Visitors without exception located on the territory of the Water Park. Before concluding a contract for the provision of paid services (that is, paying for a visit to the Water Park), the Visitor must carefully read these Rules. Receipt of a cash receipt and/or electronic bracelet confirms that the Visitor is familiar with these Rules, fully agrees with them and undertakes to comply with them, bearing the risk of adverse consequences in case of violation. When visiting the Water Park by an organized group of people, all members of the group, including the group leader, are responsible for compliance with these rules.

1.5. The rules of the Water Park, instructions (rules) for the use of water attractions on the territory of the Water Park are drawn up in accordance with the regulatory requirements of legal acts of the Russian Federation.

1.6. The Visitor himself bears responsibility for the consequences that arise on the territory of the Water Park due to ignorance and/or non-compliance with these Rules and/or instructions (rules) for using water attractions on the territory of the Water Park.

1.7. Information about the company name, location, operating hours of the Contractor, telephone numbers of managers are posted on the information stand (“Consumer Corner”), located at the entrance to the Water Park in a place convenient for Visitors to familiarize themselves with. The information stand also contains a list of services, a price list for services provided, these Rules, a Book of Reviews and Suggestions and other information required in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

1.8. These Rules establish the procedure for servicing (providing services) to visitors to the Water Park, mandatory safety, hygiene and other requirements for visitors, rights, obligations and limits of liability of the Water Park and visitors, conditions for the sale of tickets and the provision of additional services, prohibitions on visiting the Water Park, rules for visiting the Water Park by minors, rules for using the wardrobe, locker room and showers, requirements and recommendations for the use of swimwear, rules of behavior on water attractions and in the pools of the water park, rules for visiting the sauna, bathhouse and jacuzzi, rules for visiting the catering area of the Water Park, the procedure for providing visitors with pre-medical care, as well as the procedure for visitors in the event of emergency situations.

Section 2. General rules for using the services of the Water Park

2.1. The right to visit the Riviera water park (hereinafter referred to as the “Water Park”) is granted only to persons who have received an electronic bracelet.

2.2. Visitors have the right to be on the territory of the Water Park only during the established opening hours of the Water Park. The opening hours of the water park are indicated at the entrance, in the Consumer Corner, as well as on the company’s website. Visitors are required to vacate the Water Park building before its opening hours expire.

2.3. The time spent in the Water Park is controlled by the visitor independently.

2.3.1. For unused time, funds are not refundable to the visitor.

2.3.2. With the “Unlimited” tariff, the service of visiting the Water Park is considered to be provided in full from the moment the visitor leaves the water-entertainment zone through the turnstile, regardless of the time the Visitor remains on the territory of the water-entertainment zone.

2.4. Visitor entry to the Water Park stops 60 minutes before the end of its work. The water zone stops operating 30 minutes before the end of the water park. All visitors are required to leave the water area 30 minutes before the end of the water park and go down to the locker room.

2.5. The sale of services at individual tariffs is terminated in advance, taking into account the time required to provide the purchased service.

2.6. Visitors must treat each other with respect and not interfere with the recreation of other Visitors.

2.7. Professional photography and video shooting for commercial purposes is prohibited on the territory of the Water Park. It is prohibited to use images of the symbols (logo) of the water park, video and photographic materials for advertising or commercial purposes without permission from the water park administration. Only the Administration has the exclusive right to publish photographic materials and broadcast videos filmed in the Water Park.

2.8. In order to ensure public safety and prevent terrorist acts, visitors are required to present the contents of their personal belongings to the Water Park security service for inspection.

2.9. To ensure the safety of Visitors, they are subject to video surveillance throughout the entire territory of the Water Park (except for changing cabins, showers and toilets).

2.10. In accordance with Art. 32 of the Law of the Russian Federation “On the Protection of Consumer Rights” and Article 782 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation for services provided, the Water Park does not return money.

2.11. Visitors must comply with the requirements of the Water Park employees regarding ensuring safety, maintaining order and cleanliness in the Water Park territory.

2.12. If it is impossible to use the attractions due to unforeseen technical problems, prices will not be reduced for the duration of your stay in the Water Park.

2.13. In case of unforeseen, emergency or emergency situations, visitors are required to leave the Water Park immediately.

2.14. Visitors are prohibited from entering any technical and service premises equipped with a “No entry” or “Office premises” sign. Visitors who enter such premises bear full responsibility for malfunctions and accidents that occur in this area.

2.15. The administration has the right to suspend the sale of tickets if the standard for the presence of people in the Water Park is exceeded.

2.16. The number of sun loungers, umbrellas, special means for descent (inflatable rings), life (swimming) vests, luggage for storing valuables provided free of charge is limited, therefore the Administration does not accept claims of inconvenience associated with this.

2.17. Any advertising, trade or commercial activity not approved by the administration is prohibited on the territory of the Water Park.

2.18. Visitors are prohibited from using furniture located throughout the entire territory of the Water Park for other purposes.

2.19. The area where a paid additional service is provided may be limited to other Visitors.

2.20. The administration has the right to suspend the operation of the summer terrace (restrict access for visitors, organize a mandatory exit for visitors from the territory of the summer terrace, etc.) due to changes in weather and climate conditions that prevent the safe use of water attractions.

2.21. Additional paid services are provided on the territory of the water-entertainment complex of the Aquapark: fish peeling, photographer services, massage services (hereinafter referred to as additional paid services). The cost of these services is not included in the price of the ticket to the Water Park and is paid separately.

2.21.1. Additional paid services are provided by:

self-employed Mentyukov Evgeniy Anatolyevich: massage services.

2.21.2. Aquapark-Suvar LLC is not responsible for the quality and volume of additional paid services provided.

2.21.3. The cost of additional paid services is established by individual entrepreneur A. B. Shipilova and E. A. Mentyukov.

2.21.4. Visitors to the Water Park have the right to pay for additional paid services using an electronic bracelet.

Section 3. Prohibition on visiting the water park

3.1. Persons of all age categories have the right to visit the Water Park, except for the exceptions provided for in these Rules.

3.2. Visiting the Water Park is prohibited:

persons suffering from infectious, acute viral, contagious skin and venereal, fungal diseases; open wounds and any other diseases that may pose a threat to the health of other visitors, as well as in the event that visiting the Water Park and/or using water attractions may pose a threat to the health of the Visitor himself;
persons suffering from cardiovascular, mental diseases (posing a threat to others), with emergency surgical pathology;
persons with open, infectious wounds, aseptic dressings, suffering from furunculosis, conjunctivitis, helminthiases;
persons during exacerbation of chronic diseases;
persons prone to allergic reactions;
persons under the influence of alcohol, as well as persons under the influence of narcotic, psychotropic or other intoxicating substances;
persons whose behavior may pose a threat to the order, safety, hygienic condition of the water park or contradicts the rules of behavior accepted in society;
persons with other medical conditions that pose a risk to personal health and safety, as well as to the health and safety of other visitors;
persons who do not have an electronic bracelet;
persons under 17 years of age inclusive, unaccompanied by adults.

Visitors to the Water Park who violate the prohibitions specified in this paragraph bear full responsibility for damage caused to their health, the health of other visitors and related material costs.

3.3. When visiting the Water Park, the Visitor is recommended to have a medical certificate (permission to visit the pool) and present it to the Water Park employees upon request. In the absence of a medical permit, the Administration of the Water Park reserves the right to require the Visitor to contact the medical staff of the Water Park for the purpose of conducting medical control, as a result of which the Visitor and/or the person accompanied by him may be denied use of the services of the Water Park.

3.4. Visiting the Water Park with animals, insects, and plants is prohibited.

Section 4. Procedure for payment for services. Electronic bracelet, its purpose and use

Cost of services. Tariffs

4.1. The following tariff policy applies in the Water Park:

for children under 4 years of age inclusive and/or height up to 120 centimeters inclusive, entry to the Water Park is free,
for children aged 5 to 12 years, a child ticket is purchased
The preferential category includes children aged 13 to 17 years inclusive, as well as children taller than 150 cm, people with disabilities, students, pensioners and SVO participants. To purchase a ticket at a reduced rate, these persons are required to present the relevant documents - pension certificate, student card, etc.
An adult ticket is purchased by persons who are already 18 years old at the time of visiting the Water Park.

4.2. The cost of Water Park services is established by the Price List, approved by the director of Aquapark-Suvar LLC. Ticket prices are indicated at the Water Park box office and on the website.

4.3. Tickets can be purchased at the box office located in the Aquapark. The visitor is obliged to pay for the services of the Water Park in the amount of 100% according to the current price list.

4.4. Information about the Water Park's promotions is located at the reception desks and on the website.

4.5. Ticket sales may be temporarily suspended due to technical problems or when all storage lockers are occupied.

4.6. Due to technical problems, during various events, for other important reasons, the use of certain services in the Water Park may be temporarily prohibited: jacuzzi, water attractions, swimming pools, baths, etc.

4.7. Additional paid services on the territory of the Water Park include:

food in cafes and bars of the Water Park;
massage services;
peeling with fish;
photographer services;
other types of services approved by the Administration.

4.8. For exceeding the time limit in the Water Park (time that was not paid for when purchasing an electronic bracelet), the calculation is made as follows:

exceeding the paid time of stay in the water park (for tariffs 6 hours, 4 hours and 2 hours) is paid according to the price list approved by the Administration of the water park;
the fee is calculated according to the rates in effect at the time of visiting the Water Park and is payable at the ticket office at the exit.

4.9. If a visitor is unable to pay for additional time spent or services provided, money will be collected from him in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Procedure for purchasing a ticket.

Before purchasing a ticket, the Visitor must read these Rules and decide for himself whether he is ready to receive the services of the Water Park under the conditions specified in these Rules.

4.11. When purchasing a ticket, at the request of the staff, the person/visitor must present a document proving his identity and age.

4.12. When purchasing a ticket, the cashier gives the Visitor a cash register receipt and an electronic bracelet. The cash receipt must be retained by the Visitor until the end of the visit to the Water Park.

4.13. Before receiving an electronic bracelet, the visitor is required to fill out a receipt confirming that he has read and followed these rules and responsibility for children. If you refuse to fill out the specified receipt, the Water Park services cannot be provided, the paid amount of money is returned to the person who paid for the ticket.

4.14. When receiving an electronic bracelet, a hotel guest must indicate his room number. In case of damage, loss or non-return of the bracelet, the Visitor is liable in accordance with these Rules.

4.15. A hotel guest whose room rate includes free entry to the Water Park can visit the Water Park only once a day.

Electronic bracelet and payments inside the Water Park

4.16. The electronic bracelet is an entrance ticket to the territory of the Water Park for using the services of swimming pools and attractions, a key to a personal locker, as well as a means for ordering paid goods and services in the territory of the Water Park. All information about ordered goods and services is accumulated electronically in a single database of the Water Park and on a bracelet.

4.17. The electronic bracelet is the property of the Water Park and cannot be returned. that after completing the visit to the Water Park. The visitor is responsible for the safety and integrity of the electronic bracelet, which is worn on the wrist and presented to the Water Park employee upon his request. Transferring the electronic bracelet to other visitors is prohibited.

4.18. In case of loss of the electronic bracelet or its damage, the Visitor bears responsibility in accordance with these rules. The Visitor must immediately notify a representative of the Water Park Administration about the loss or damage of the electronic bracelet. Damage to the bracelet means any action or inaction of the Visitor, as a result of which the bracelet has lost its operational properties and cannot be used in the future.

4.19. If the Visitor has any questions regarding the procedure for using the electronic bracelet, he can contact the Water Park staff.

4.20. Payment in cash for services provided by Aquapark-Suvar LLC is prohibited in the Water Zone of the Aquapark.

4.21. The electronic bracelet issued to an adult Visitor upon purchase of an adult ticket of any tariff and an adult discounted ticket for the tariffs “Full day”, “6 hours”, “4 hours” and “2 hours”, in accordance with the established tariff scale, has a virtual limit on the cost of ordered goods and services (hereinafter referred to as the limit on the bracelet) in the amount of 10,000 (ten thousand) rubles 00 kopecks.

4.22. Ordering additionally paid services on the territory of the Water Park (clause 4.7 of these rules) is carried out by recording in the bracelet database the type, cost, and number of services ordered for a total amount not exceeding the limit on the bracelet. The use of an electronic bracelet to order additionally paid services constitutes the Visitor’s agreement with the type, cost, volume, procedure for the provision of such services and a demonstration of willingness to pay for them.

4.23. Payment for the used limit on the bracelet occurs at the surcharge counter in the locker room and at the exit from the Water Park. To determine the monetary amount of the used limit on the bracelet and payable by the Visitor as a fee for additionally paid services, the cashier applies an electronic bracelet to the reader, which records the monetary amount of the used limit.

4.24. In the event of purchasing goods and services using the limit on the bracelet in full, or if the limit on it is less than the cost of an additionally paid service that the Visitor wishes to purchase, he can restore the limit on the bracelet for the amount specified in paragraph 4.21. of these Rules, only after paying at the checkout for additional payments for the previously used limit on the bracelet.

Procedure for entering and exiting the Water Park

4.25. The paid time confirms the Visitor’s right to use the services of the Water Park for the entire time in accordance with the paid tariff. If a visitor who has already left the Water Park territory expresses a desire to re-enter the Water Park territory, he must purchase a new ticket.

4.26. A visitor visiting the Water Park at an unlimited rate loses the right to use the services of the Water Park when passing the turnstile at the exit. In this case, money for unused time cannot be returned to the visitor, and in order to visit the Water Park again, he must purchase an entrance ticket in accordance with the current tariffs.

4.27. After receiving the electronic bracelets, visitors must enter through the entrance terminal one at a time and present a cash receipt at the turnstiles. To pass through the turnstile, the visitor must bring the bracelet to the reader located at the entrance. The calculation of the time spent in the Water Park begins from the moment the visitor is issued a cash register receipt and ends at the moment the visitor brings the bracelet to the reader and gives the bracelet to the cashier when leaving the Water Park.

4.28. Upon receipt of the electronic bracelet, the Visitor is obliged, without leaving the cash register, to visually inspect it and make sure that there is no damage. The Visitor's claims regarding damage to the bracelet after it has left the cash register are not accepted or considered by the Administration.

4.29. When leaving the Water Park, the Visitor hands over the electronic bracelet to the cashier at the exit turnstile. The cashier checks the size of the used limit on the bracelet and informs the Visitor of the cost of additionally paid services ordered and received by the latter. The visitor is obliged to immediately pay the cost of these services at the Water Park cash desk. In case of refusal to pay for the services specified in this paragraph, the Water Park has the right to use the methods provided for by current legislation to protect its rights. For the cost of late paid services, a penalty is charged in the amount of 1% of the cost of unpaid services per day.

Section 5. General rules of conduct for visitors in the water park

5.1. Prohibitions and restrictions for visitors to the water park:

5.1.1. Visitors are prohibited from bringing personal inflatable rings and other special swimming equipment to the water park, with the exception of special children's vests.

5.1.2. It is prohibited to bring any glass products into all areas of the water park, including dishes, containers, and other dangerous objects, as well as to remove soap, shampoos, lotions and other cosmetics from the shower area. Visitors are prohibited from using glass containers and utensils outside bars and cafes, the fragments of which, if broken, can cause harm to visitors.

5.1.3. In order to comply with sanitary and hygienic standards, it is prohibited to consume food and drinks in places not directly designated for this purpose, including in water park pools, saunas, bathhouses, etc.

5.1.4. Visitors are prohibited from entering the water area of the Water Park (outside the locker room) with packages, bags, etc.

5.1.5. The following is prohibited throughout the Water Park: smoking tobacco products (cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos, cigarettes, hookahs, etc.), using electronic smoking devices, as well as smoking mixtures and smoky substances, except in a specially designated area.

5.1.6. Throughout the entire territory of the Water Park, the use by Visitors of non-smoking tobacco products, that is, those intended for sucking, chewing or snorting, is prohibited.

5.1.7. Visitors are prohibited from bringing hookah products to the Water Park.

5.1.8. In order to comply with sanitary and epidemiological standards, and also due to the fact that the conditions in the water and entertainment area of the Water Park (increased temperature and air humidity) do not meet the requirements for storing food products, it is prohibited to bring food and drinks into the water and entertainment area of the Water Park , except for special children's food packaged in plastic containers.

5.1.9. It is prohibited to bring firearms, gas, pneumatic and bladed weapons, piercing and cutting objects, as well as explosive and flammable, toxic and strong-smelling substances into the Water Park.

5.1.10. Any type of discrimination and disrespect due to differences in nationality, religion, age, social status or other characteristics is strictly prohibited on the territory of the Water Park.

5.1.11. Visitors are prohibited from being in the decoration area, climbing onto the railings of platforms, terraces, climbing pipes, handrails, pool sides, curbs, railings, etc., riding on railings and handrails, and climbing on steel structures.

5.1.12. Visitors are prohibited from violating generally accepted norms of behavior (morality and ethics).

5.1.13. Visitors are prohibited from littering and violating the sanitary and hygienic conditions of the water park (throwing out garbage, spitting on the floor, throwing chewing gum, etc.).

5.1.14. Visitors are prohibited from using any vandalism against the equipment, property and plants of the Water Park.

5.1.15. Visitors are prohibited from using all water slides, the Slow River attraction, other attractions, swimming pools, saunas and steam baths, as well as Jacuzzis and swimming pools while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, toxic substances, or under the influence of psychotropic and other intoxicating substances.

5.1.16. To avoid falls and injuries, visitors are prohibited from running, shouting, pushing, whistling, calling for help unnecessarily, misleading other visitors and the Water Park staff. When moving around the territory of the Water Park and along the stairs, Visitors are required to hold on to the provided handrails and railings.

5.1.17. Pregnant women are prohibited from using the rides. They should visit the sauna and bathhouse only after consulting a doctor.

5.1.18. Visitors are prohibited from bringing and using mobile phones, products for video and sound reproduction, video and photo shooting and other items in the water entertainment and thermal relaxation areas, the parts and fragments of which, if broken, can cause harm to visitors.

5.1.19. Persons under 18 years of age are prohibited from consuming alcoholic beverages on the territory of the water park.

5.1.20. Visitors are prohibited from pouring water or other liquid onto electrical installations located on the premises of the Water Park.

5.1.21. Visitors (accompanying persons) are prohibited from leaving children unattended.

5.1.22. It is prohibited to use water attractions (slides, pools, etc.), baths, saunas, plunge pools and Jacuzzis of the Aqua Park. Visitors with cardiovascular and psychoneurological diseases, diseases of the spine and musculoskeletal system, other diseases, as well as persons with medical or other contraindications.

5.1.23. Visitors are prohibited from ignoring depth instructions. not swimming pools, instructions and rules for using slides and other attractions (in case of misunderstanding, please contact the instructors for clarification).

5.1.24. To prevent injury, Visitors are prohibited from swimming with their hair down.

5.1.25. Visitors are prohibited from using attractions that are not working.

5.1.26. Visitors to the Water Park are prohibited from leaving their shoes in such a way that they create obstacles for other visitors and staff when moving inside the water area while using the swimming pools, attractions, and water slides.

5.1.27. Visitors who do not have swimming skills are prohibited from going down the slides and using the pools. The Administration is not responsible for the safety of such Visitors if they violate this Rule. Persons over 18 years of age bear full responsibility for themselves and for minors who came with them.

5.1.28. Visitors are prohibited from using waterproof cameras, underwater cameras, as well as any kind of photo and video equipment, or mobile phones for filming while going down the water slides.

5.1.29. Visitors are prohibited from jumping from the sides into swimming pools (fonts), Jacuzzis, and splashdown areas of slides.

5.1.30. Visitors are prohibited from bringing their own entertainment equipment.

5.1.31. Visitors are required to comply with other prohibitions (restrictions) provided for by these Rules.

5.2. Responsibilities of water park visitors:

5.2.1. A visit to the Water Park requires physical effort and activity from visitors. Before visiting the Water Park, visitors must assess their physical abilities and swimming ability. Compliance with all rules, guidelines and instructions (pictograms) of specific attractions will prevent harm to health.

5.2.2. Before concluding a contract for the provision of paid services (that is, paying for a visit to the Water Park), the Visitor must carefully read these Rules and current tariffs;

5.2.3. Before using water attractions, the Visitor must familiarize himself with the safety rules and procedures for their use, as well as independently assess the degree of risk and possible consequences. Visitors can obtain the necessary information about safety rules and the procedure for using attractions from the Water Park instructors, from these rules, as well as the rules and instructions (pictograms) of specific water attractions.

5.2.4. Visitors who cannot swim are required to wear special swimming vests. When entering the pool, the Visitor is obliged to carefully study the information plate (rules of use) of this pool, and independently assess the degree of risk and possible consequences.

5.2.5. The visitor is obliged to comply with these rules, the requirements of the instructors, the rules and instructions (pictograms) of specific water attractions on the territory of the Water Park.

5.2.6. Visitors must comply with the requirements of the Water Park employees regarding ensuring safety, maintaining order and cleanliness in the Water Park territory.

5.2.7. Visitors must treat each other with respect and not interfere with the recreation of other Visitors.

5.2.8. In order to ensure public safety and prevent terrorist acts, visitors are required to present the contents of their personal belongings to water park security for inspection.

5.2.9. If theft or damage to a visitor’s property is detected, the visitor is obliged to immediately notify the Water Park staff.

5.2.10. In case of unforeseen, emergency or emergency situations, visitors are required to leave the Water Park immediately.

5.2.11. Visitors must move around the Water Park only along special paths, holding the handrails; being in the decoration area is strictly prohibited.

5.2.12. In case of the slightest ailment or injury, the Visitor is obliged to contact the Water Park medical center.

5.2.13. The visitor is obliged to keep the receipt for paid services, deposited funds (advance payment) until leaving the Water Park.

5.2.14. When visiting the water park, the Visitor is obliged to treat the property of the Water Park with care.

5.2.15. The visitor is obliged to throw garbage only into special containers provided for this purpose.

5.2.16. When using the services of the water park, the visitor is required to hold on to the handrails provided by the design of the pools and/or attractions, stairs, bridges and passages.

5.2.17. When leaving the water park, the Visitor is required to hand over the electronic bracelet.

5.2.18. The visitor is required to wear an electronic bracelet on his wrist and present it to the Water Park employee upon request.

5.2.19. Visitors are required to fulfill other duties provided for in these Rules.

5.3. Rights of water park visitors:

5.3.1. Visitors can use the chairs and sun loungers located in the entertainment area.

5.3.2. If any uncertainty arises regarding the use of the Water Park services, Visitors have the right to contact the responsible employees of the Water Park to provide the necessary information

5.3.3. The visitor, at his own discretion, has the right to terminate the session early and leave the Water Park. If the paid time is not used in full, no monetary refund will be given.

5.3.4. All Visitors to the Water Park have the right to receive first aid.

5.3.5. Visitors may exercise other rights provided for in these Rules.

5.4. Recommendations for water park visitors:

5.4.1. The administration recommends that visitors planning to visit the Water Park make sure that their health condition allows them to use the services provided there. The visitor himself bears responsibility for the negative consequences associated with non-compliance with this recommendation.

Section 6. Rights and obligations of the Water Park Administration

Section 7. Rules for visiting the Water Park by minors

12th emergency exit – 3rd floor, next to the children's room for holding banquets, access to the tower and to the street from the fitness side;
Evacuation exit 13 – 1st floor, in the rescuers' locker room.

17.5. Emergency exits in the water park that open automatically when when the fire alarm system is activated:

Evacuation exit – security post, office area, 1st floor;
Evacuation exit – next to the ACh cabinet (smoking room) to the open area swimming pools;
Evacuation exit – 1st floor, opposite the finish of the grotto, exit to the tower at street from the fitness side;
Evacuation exits – 1,2,3, floors, next to the stairs leading to the starts slides, access to the tower and to the street from the fitness side;
Emergency exits – 1st floor, hall, next to the hall bar, exit to the street from the parking lot;
Evacuation exits – 1st floor, hall, next to the souvenir kiosk, exit to street from the parking lot.

17.6. Entrances to the locker rooms will be blocked by staff. Scheme evacuations are located on the territory of the Water Park.

17.7. When leaving the water park, visitors must remain calm and entrance ticket, do not run, do not create a crush in the aisles and staircases marches, hold on to the handrails, do not climb over the fences and push on them, when moving around the water park, avoid places located on height.

17.8. Adult visitors must ensure the safe evacuation of children.

17.9. The gathering places for evacuated visitors are:

car parking on the side of Sibgata Khakim Street.
